I learned valuable information and skills over the years on how to attract women. Being shy was a strange obstacle to overcome because shyness is a mixture of low slef-esteem and not having good conversational skills. The low self-esteem makes it difficult to believe our opinions are actually valuable so we shy away. This creates a need to please attitude which projects an image of low confidence.

I was unknowingly asking guys to have great conversations without teaching the skill of being a great conversationalist.
